Industrial Insulation for High End Appliance Applications

Industrial Insulation for High End Appliance Applications

Restaurant Equipment - Insulation Solutions for Restaurant ApplicationsVarious types of industrial insulation are specifically made for major appliances in a full selection of sizes, densities and forms. They can also be specially fabricated to make final assembly quicker and easier, or to solve critical thermal and acoustic needs.

Aerogel Insulation

Flexible aerogel blanket insulation meets the unique needs of original equipment manufacturers. With a thermal performance up to five times better than other widely used insulation materials, aerogels resist moisture, flame spread, and smoke emission. Aerogels accommodate maximum temperatures up to 1200°F.

Pyrogel® XT-E High Temperature

Pyrogel® XT-Eis a flexible aerogel blanket with very low thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, and water resistance (hydrophobicity), making it ideal for high temperature insulation applications. Ideal for insulating piping, vessels, tanks, and other related equipment, Pyrogel® XT-E has a maximum use temperature of 1200°F.

Cryogel® and Cryogel Z®

Cryogel® and Cryogel Z® are flexible insulations designed for sub-ambient and cryogenic applications.Applications for this unique product include industries such as LNG production and storage facilities.
